Located beside the restaurant, our vegetable garden is where the gastronomic experience at L’Horta de Can Patxei begins.
It is a living, accessible space and an essential part of our project. Here, we grow vegetables, produce and aromatic herbs that make their way to the kitchen at their very best.
Working the land is part of our family heritage. Long before the restaurant existed, our grandparents devoted themselves to cultivating these fields. Today, we continue to honour their teachings, caring for the land with patience, dedication and respect for the natural rhythm of the seasons.
A walk through the garden offers a glimpse into the way we cook: seasonal ingredients, simplicity, and a cuisine that begins with what the land provides.
